What is the quality of your Prints
All images displayed on this website were taken with Canon and Nikon professional camera's and printed using Canon Professional print technology & printers.
PAPERS
The display life (light fastness) of the Papers and Inks used varies as follows:
Colour prints on Archival Matte Paper (192gsm): in excess of 75 years.
Monochrome /Black and White prints on Archival Matte Paper (192gsm): in excess of 100 years.
N.B All figures quoted above are estimates. The light fastness test is a simulation of colour fading in an indoor preservation condition under fluorescent light with glass mount. The display life may vary depending on the conditions that you display your prints. Factors, other than light, such as ozone, temperature, humidity and a mounting process that contains products that aren't free from acid can affect the print life.
MOUNTS
Panoramic & Standard images are supplied mounted on Polar White Ingres mount board from the Daler-Rowney Studland range. This is a white core, free from acid mount board which is designed to help prolong the lifespan of the image. The backing board & the tape used in this process are also free from acid.
Square images are supplied mounted on White mount board. This is a white core, free from acid mount board which is designed to help prolong the lifespan of the image. The backing board & the tape used in this process are also free from acid.
